Leveringsvoorwaarden
ALR hobby.nl
1. Bestellingen kunnen uitsluitend gedaan worden via onze internet winkel.
2. Van het in deze voorwaarden bepaalde kan slechts schriftelijk worden
afgeweken, in welk geval de overige bepalingen onverkort van kracht blijven.
3. Een overeenkomst komt slechts tot stand na acceptatie van uw bestelling door
ALR hobby.nl. ALR hobby.nl is gerechtigd bestellingen te weigeren dan wel
bepaalde voorwaarden aan de levering te verbinden, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders
bepaald. Indien een bestelling niet wordt geaccepteerd, deelt ALR hobby.nl dit
mee binnen 5 werkdagen na ontvangst van de bestelling.
4. De verzendkosten bij bestellingen zijn afhankelijk
van de verzendmethode, en komen overeen met het tarief van TNT-post.
5. De in nr.4 genoemde voorwaarden zijn alleen van
toepassing voor bestellingen binnen Nederland. Voor bestellingen uit andere
landen zijn deze niet van toepassing en gelden afwijkende leverings-
cq verzendingsvoorwaarden.
6. De door ALR hobby.nl ontvangen bestelling wordt per e-mail bevestigd. Deze
bevestiging is tevens de factuur van de gedane bestelling. Als u een bestelling
geplaatst heeft is het niet mogelijk hier nog een bestelling aan toe te voegen,
deze wordt dan als een nieuwe bestelling behandeld.

8. Bij ontvangst van de bestelling is de klant verplicht om te onderzoeken of de geleverde artikelen aan de bestelling beantwoorden. De klant dient foute leveringen direct te melden bij ALR hobby.nl.
9. Prijzen zijn onder voorbehoud van tussentijdse prijsstijgingen. De klant
wordt ten alle tijden over de prijsstijging ingelicht
alvorens de levering plaatsvindt en is tevens gerechtigd om de bestelling te
annuleren. Indien de prijzen van de aangeboden artikelen stijgen in de periode
tussen de bestelling en de levering daarvan, is de klant gerechtigd om de
bestelling te annuleren dan wel de overeenkomst binnen 10 werkdagen na
mededeling van de prijsverhoging door ALR hobby.nl op te zeggen.
10. De bij de artikelen gepubliceerde prijzen zijn in euro's en incl. BTW.
11. Afbeeldingen die op de site staan, kunnen binnen redelijke grenzen afwijken
van het origineel. Bij twijfel wordt met de klant contact opgenomen voordat
verzending plaatsvindt.
12. Levertijd is afhankelijk van de bestelde materialen. Uw bestelling wordt
pas behandeld na ontvangst van uw betaling op onze rekening en daarna binnen 2 werkdagen
verzonden. Overschrijding van enige leveringstermijn geeft de klant geen recht
op schadevergoeding dan wel annulering van de bestelling. Levering van de
bestelde artikelen zal plaatsvinden op het tijdstip dat de artikelen gereed
zijn voor verzending.
13. Indien de materialen niet op voorraad zijn, worden deze kosteloos
nagezonden, of het bijbehorende bedrag wordt geretourneerd. De klant wordt
hiervan in kennis gesteld.
14. Retourzendingen van producten worden, zonder voorafgaand akkoord van ALR
hobby.nl, niet geaccepteerd. Producten die niet aan de door ons gestelde
kwaliteitseisen voldoen zullen worden teruggenomen en aan de leverancier worden
retour gezonden.
15. Misverstanden, verminkingen, vertragingen of door het niet juist overkomen
van bestellingen en communicatie ten gevolge van het gebruik van internet of
een ander communicatiemiddel tussen de klant en ALR hobby.nl, dan wel tussen
ALR hobby.nl en derden, voor zover het betrekking heeft op dat moment lopende
overeenkomst tussen de klant en ALR hobby.nl, is ALR hobby.nl niet
aansprakelijk.
16. Iedere tekortkoming die niet aan ALR hobby.nl kan worden toegerekend dient
te worden beschouwd als overmacht, omdat zij niet te wijten is aan de schuld
van ALR hobby.nl.
17. Betalingen dienen binnen 10 dagen na de besteldatum te worden voldaan, wordt hier niet aan voldaan verstuurt ALR hobby.nl u een herinnering waarna opnieuw een betalingstermijn van 5 dagen wordt aangehouden. Indien ALR hobby.nl hierna alsnog geen betaling heeft ontvangen komt de bestelling te vervallen.
18. Bij bestellingen van 50 EURO of meer ontvangt de klant een korting van 5%, bij bestellingen van 100 EURO of meer ontvangt de klant 10% korting.
19. Minimaal bestelbedrag is 5 EURO kostenvrij, bij bestellingen onder de 5 EURO exclusief portokosten wordt 1 EURO administratiekosten berekend.

1. Orders can only be done through our internet shop.

1. Bestellungen können nur gemacht werden über unseren Internet-Shop.
2. Von der besonderen Bedingungen kann nur in schriftlicher Form verzichtet
werden, in diesem Fall bleiben die übrigen Regelungen in vollem Umfang in
Kraft.
3. Eine Vereinbarung ist erst nach Annahme Ihrer Bestellung eingerichtet durch
ALR hobby.nl. ALR hobby.nl ist berechtigt, Bestellungen abzulehnen bzw.
bestimmte Bedingungen an die Lieferung, sofern nicht anders angegeben. Wenn eine
Bestellung nicht akzeptiert wird, ALR hobby.nl berichtet ihnen dies innerhalb
von 5 Tagen nach Eingang der Bestellung.
4. Die Versandkosten für Bestellungen hängen ab von der Versandart, und
stehen im Einklang mit den von TNT Post.
5. Die Nr.4 gelten nur für Bestellungen innerhalb der Niederlande. Für
Bestellungen aus anderen Ländern sind diese nicht anwendbar, und gülten den
verschiedenen Liefer-oder Versandkosten Bedingungen.
6. Die ALR hobby.nl Bestellung wird betätigt per E-Mail. Diese Bestätigung ist
auch die Rechnung von der Bestellung. Wenn Sie eine Bestellung gemacht haben ist

die Bestellung stornieren. Wenn die Preise der Artikel in den Zeitraum zwischen
der Bestellung und Lieferung änderen ist der Kunde berechtigt, die Bestellung
ab zu brechen oder zu kündigen, den Vertrag innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach
Mitteilung der Erhöhung von ALR hobby.nl zu sagen.
10. Die Preise von der Artikel sind in Euro inkl. MwSt.
11. Bilder auf
der Website können anders sein als das Original. Wenn Sie Zweifel haben,
kontaktiert der Kunde vor dem Versand vorgenommen wird.
12. Die Lieferzeit ist abhängig von der bestellten Materialien. Ihre
Bestellung wird erfolgt nach Eingang Ihrer Zahlung auf unser Konto
innerhalb von 2 Tagen und dann versendet. Überschreitung einer Lieferung gibt
der Kunde keinen Anspruch auf Vergütung oder Rückgängigmachung des Auftrages.
Die
Lieferung der Artikel erfolgt in der Zeit, dass die Bestellung bereit ist für
den Versand.
13. Wenn das Material nicht auf Lager ist werden sie kostenlos nachgeschickt,
oder den entsprechenden Betrag wird zurückerstattet. Der Kunde wird
benachrichtigt.
14. Rückgabe von Produkten ohne vorherige Zustimmung des ALR hobby.nl wird
nicht akzeptiert. Produkte, die nicht unseren Qualitätskriterien haben, wird an
den Lieferanten zurückgegeben.
15. Missverständnissen, Verstümmelungen, Verspätungen oder Ausfall der
Kommunikation und Übermittlung von Aufträgen durch die Nutzung des Internet
oder andere Mittel der Kommunikation zwischen dem Kunden und ALR hobby.nl oder
zwischen ALR hobby.nl und Dritte, soweit zu diesem Zeitpunkt aktuellen Vertrag
zwischen dem Kunden und hobby.nl ALR, ALR hobby.nl ist nicht haftbar gemacht
werden.
16. Mängel, die nicht zugeordnet werden hobby.nl ALR sollte als höhere Gewalt
geltend gemacht werden, denn es ist nicht auf die Schuld des ALR hobby.nl.
17. Zahlungen müssen innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach dem Zeitpunkt der Bestellung
werden erfüllt, nicht erfüllt sendet ALRhobby.nl ihnen eine Erinnerung, nach
denen eine Zahlung innerhalb von 5 Tagen sind vorbehalten. Wenn die Zahlung noch
nicht empfangen ist wird den Auftrag abgebrochen.
18. Bei
Bestellungen von 50 EURO oder mehr erhält der
Kunde einen Rabatt von 5%. Auf eine Bestellung von 100 EURO oder mehr erhält
der Kunde 10% Rabatt.
19. Mindestbestellwert beträgt 5 Euro kostenlos, für Bestellungen unter 5 EURO
wird 1 EURO Verwaltungskosten gerechnet.
